Did Biden’s Wife Compare Hispanics to Tacos?

It was said that Dr. Jill Biden, wife of Senator Joe Biden who give a speech in the capacity of “First Lady” at a Hispanic woke event, compared the Hispanic community with a number of things including breakfast tacos.
